I sustained a knee injury from work and had a MRI which showed the possible need for surgery. My doctor suggested therapy as a first alternative, which could possibly prevent the need for surgery. I’m having sessions 2 to 3 days per week for an hour in length. To my surprise the strengthening exercises have already shown a huge improvement in the pain level and the strength in my knee.
