Meet Frank Grispino, Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist
Frank has been serving the Northwest Missouri and Southwest Iowa regions since the mid-1990s. His specialty training as a Certified Hand Therapist allows him to treat people with arm and hand injuries ranging from simple overuse to potentially debilitating severe and complex mutilating injuries. Frank’s professionals accomplishments include:
— Published several times in the Journal of Hand Therapy and the Journal of Hand Surgery
— Co-author and editor of “Fractures/Dislocations/and Subluxations” chapter in the 3rd and 4th editions of the book, “Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation: A Quick Reference Guide and Review”
— Selected as a question writer for the Hand Therapy Certification Commission’s (HTCC) Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) examination
— Prior adjunct professor and guest lecturer on advanced hand rehabilitation content for the Rockhurst College Occupational Therapy education masters level program
— Consultant reviewer for clinical research studies submitted for publication to the Journal of Hand Surgery
— Member of the first class of non-physician affiliate members accepted into the American Society of Surgery of the Hand
— Selected to be a panel member with hand surgeons at the Doctors Demystify Tendons and Muscles virtual panel for hand therapists across the United States and Canada
— Served on the Rockhurst College Occupational Therapy Education advisory board
— Published in the Maryville Forum: Health care needs leaders, not managers
Meet Rosvic Galapin, PT
Rosvic graduated in 2001 from Silliman University in the Philippines. His experience includes SNF, home health and Outpatient setting for orthopedic, neurologic and cardiopulmonary. He is certified in LSVT BIG and Dry Needling. During his spare time, he loves to play the guitar and is currently learning percussion skills. He enjoys classical music, alternative rock and bossa nova. He loves walking, hiking, trekking, and playing chess and table tennis. He is a big sports fan, including basketball, cross country, and tennis.
Meet Karla Worley, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Karla graduated with an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2006 from Missouri Western State University. She has experience in long-term care, inpatient, home health, and outpatient rehabilitation. Her clinical background focus is orthopedics, neuropathy, and workers compensation. Karla enjoys using exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to alleviate her clients’ pain.
Karla and her fiancé Kirk are fans of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs. Their 5 children, 2 dogs, and many chickens keep them busy. When they are not busy, they enjoy doing most anything outdoors.

Our clinic is located near the intersection of W. South Avenue and Highway 71. We are located at the north end of the Hy-Vee shopping mall.
