Meet the Leadership Team

Ben oversees all clinic operations for ARC Physical Therapy+. He brings a wealth of experience from running the largest ARC Physical Therapy+ clinic in Independence, Missouri as Clinic Director for 10 years, followed by 3 years as the Missouri Regional Director.

Currently a Partner and Regional Director, Rich has served as a staff therapist, Lead Therapist, and Clinic Director since joining ARC Physical Therapy+ in 2012. He oversees operations for 15 clinics and has 15 years of experience as a physical therapist.

Tasha is a Partner and Regional Director. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in worker’s compensation, functional capacity evaluations, and lymphedema therapy. Tasha holds certifications in ASTYM, FMS, and Blood Flow Restriction.

As Partner and Director of Marketing, Kimberly brings 20 years of experience as a physical therapist to the team. She has been with the company since 2012 providing care to patients as well as educating our community on pain neuroscience.

Caroline has experience working in urgent care, workers’ compensation, occupational medicine and pediatric specialty clinics. As the Practice Administrator she works with every team member to enhance the quality of the overall care experience.

As a technology expert in healthcare IT, Jeremy oversees the technological infrastructure of ARC Physical Therapy+, including the corporate network and that of each of our clinics.
