What is your leadership philosophy?
Lead by example, being empathetic and understanding, being an active listener, checking in with staff on a weekly basis to see how they are feeling/doing and if they need me to do anything differently, having open and good communication.
What you want everyone at ARCPT+ to know?
You are more than just a number (both staff and patients!). Every member of the ARC team truly wants the best for their patients and fellow staff members and are willing to go above and beyond to make this happen!
