What is one thing you wish everyone knew about the body or physical therapy?
One thing I wish everyone understood is the profound impact it has on long-term health and performance. Physical therapy is not just about treating injuries, but about taking a proactive approach to optimize movement, prevent future issues, and enhance overall function. By empowering individuals to take control of their health, we create a foundation for lasting well-being, both in and out of the clinic. Physical therapy isn’t just about recovering from injury—it’s about maintaining and optimizing the body’s ability to function at its best.

Right now, I’ve been doing a lot of sewing/quilting, reading books, and I love to watch a good murder mystery.

Beach or mountains?
BEACH!!!!!
What patients/diagnoses are you most excited about treating?
I love to work with rotator cuff tears and total knee replacements! While they may not be my patients’ favorite, they are definitely mine! There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and ultimately return to their active lifestyles. Being part of their recovery journey and seeing their progress is what makes this work so fulfilling for me.
What inspires you?
My husband and his profound support. He constantly encourages me to push beyond my limits reminding me that growth comes from stepping outside my comfort zone. His belief in me empowers me to strive for more, both in my personal life and career, and his unwavering support has helped me become the best version of myself.
