Five years ago our Wichita South clinic opened its doors to serve the communities of South and Southeast Wichita, Derby, Haysville, Wellington, and Mulvane. From day one, this team has ensured every patient feels welcomed, empowered, and ready for success. When did Wichita South open: December 2019

Meet the staff in Wichita South:

  • Tiffany – PCR – has been with ARC PT+ for almost 3 years now
  • Bryanna – PTA – has been with ARC PT+ for 3 years
  • Kayela – DPT – has been with ARC PT+ for almost 1.5 years

Fun fact about Wichita South:

This clinic used to be a Hog Wild; now we just share a parking lot with them. Yummy option for lunch!

Favorite part about being in Wichita:

Wichita offers a lot of “big city” options in a smaller-town atmosphere.

Favorite tradition in Wichita:

The Wichita Riverfest every summer draws a lot of unique art and entertainment to the area and many native Wichitans have been attending since they were young children.

Bry and Kayela are frequent Dunkin’ Donuts customers during the work week.

Best place to get outdoors in Wichita:

Walking down by the river, around the Keeper of the Plains, is beautiful. In the evenings, they have a torch lighting ceremony that is definitely a must-see. If you venture a little further, you can even spot the 7-foot tall “Wichita Troll” that is chained under a storm grate!  

Best fun outing in Wichita:

Earlier this year our Wichita team spent time at Board & Brush, creating fun craft projects as a team. Other options include watching the Wichita Wind Surge baseball team, catching a concert at Intrust Bank Arena, or cheering on the Wichita State Shockers.

What is your Wichita known for that people may be surprised to learn?

Wichita is the largest city in Kansas and is known as the Air Capital of the World, producing the highest volume of aircraft in the nation.

Does anyone in the clinic have any special certifications or provide any specialized care beyond functional outpatient physical or occupational therapy?

Kayela is Dry Needling certified as of August 2024!
