Giving Back in 2024: How ARC Physical Therapy+ Strengthens Our Communities

At ARC Physical Therapy+, our mission to redefine excellence extends beyond patient care. It’s also about supporting the communities we’re proud to serve. In 2024, our clinic teams came together to give back in meaningful ways, contributing time, donations, and care to organizations and initiatives across Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas.

Volunteer Efforts

During local Give Back Days, our employees embraced hands-on volunteering, connecting with local organizations to make a difference:

Food Drives

Our clinics joined forces to tackle hunger, organizing food drives for Harvesters and local food banks in communities including Blue Springs, Topeka, Manhattan, Wichita, Jefferson City, Lebanon, Joplin, St. Joseph, Cameron, Kearney, and Rogersville.

Supporting Students

We’re committed to ensuring students have the tools they need to succeed. This year, we held three school supply drives for Cornerstones of Care, benefiting schools in the Kansas City Metro area, Missouri, and Wichita.

Adopting Families for the Holidays

In partnership with Phoenix Family, we helped make the holidays brighter by adopting two families, providing essential items and holiday cheer.

Financial Contributions

ARC Physical Therapy+ donated to a variety of impactful organizations in 2024, supporting causes ranging from children’s education to health and wellness. Beneficiaries included:

Why Giving Back Matters

“We’ve always believed that giving back is essential to improving lives,” said Ben Peterson, ARC Physical Therapy+ CEO and Partner. “Our philanthropic efforts strengthen our communities while fostering a culture of gratitude and service among our team.”

Through initiatives like these, we strive to make a difference not only in the lives of our patients but in the communities we call home.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on the impact made in 2024, we’re inspired to continue finding new ways to serve. Whether it’s through donations, volunteer work, or creating opportunities for our employees to give back, ARC Physical Therapy+ remains committed to leading with action and compassion.
