Exciting Transition to a New EMR System at ARC Physical Therapy+

We are excited to announce a significant advancement in our operations: the transition to a new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing efficiency and improving patient care.

Currently, we use two different systems for documentation. To streamline our processes, we are consolidating our documentation into one unified system. Here are the key details about this transition:

Transition Timeline
  • Start Date: August 19, 2024
  • Duration: Approximately 4-6 weeks
  • Expected Completion: October 1, 2024
What to Expect During the Transition
  • Work Comp Notes:
    • During the transition, the format of our workers’ compensation notes will temporarily resemble those of our private insurance patients.
    • The functional and lifting data you need will still be included but will appear in a different format. Don’t worry — post-transition, our templates will produce notes similar to what you are accustomed to seeing from ARC.
  • Training: Our staff will undergo comprehensive training to ensure a seamless transition.
  • No Disruption: We anticipate no disruption to our therapy services during this period.
If You Have Questions

We appreciate your continued partnership and understanding during this exciting period of growth and improvement.

Stay tuned for more updates as we move forward with this transition to better serve you and our patients!
