The Kansas Self-Insurers Association (KSIA) is a not-for-profit organization consisting of firms, businesses, corporations, group-funded pools, and other private and public entities operating in Kansas. KSIA aims to protect and advance the interests of employers in the state. The organization stays engaged with Kansas’ workers’ compensation laws and keeps members updated on trends, pending legislation, and regulations impacting employers. KSIA offers representation at various meetings, hearings, and conferences, collaborates with like-minded organizations, and provides opportunities for employers to exchange information and education.
