This program is all about providing support to ARC Physical/Occupational Therapists in order to be a catalyst in their development with the intention of achieving clinical excellence.
“We are formalizing this long-standing tradition with an official mentorship program,” shares Rachel Chick, BBA, MBA, PHR, Director of Human Resource. “Mentorship has always been part of our culture. This is huge for new grads as they fine-tune their skills and their evaluation process.”

Mastering Clinical Skills:
Helping clinicians master essential clinical skills to deliver exceptional care.
Enhancing Communication and Documentation:
Equipping clinicians with effective communication and documentation skills for seamless patient care.
Becoming Work-Comp Specialists:
Guiding PTs/OTs in becoming specialists in work-related injuries and rehabilitation.
Improving Work-Life Balance:
Promoting a healthy work-life balance for sustainable career success.
Identifying Specialties:
Identifying and nurturing future areas of clinical specialty, including certifications and niche programs.
Fostering Leadership:
Identifying future leaders within the ARC family.
Program Structure:
- Length: 12 months
- Learning Styles: Independent study, side-by-side learning, and shadowing opportunities
- When: Initiates at the conclusion of a new employee’s 90-day orientation period
