The year 2023 brought a lot of growth and excitement for ARC Physical Therapy+:
- We celebrated our 20th anniversary and hosted a big bash at Boulevard Brewing Company in KCMO
- We added four clinics to our roster: Lebanon, Jefferson City, Ava and Rogersville
- We celebrated all of our 32 clinics that serve Kansas, Missouri and Northwest Arkansas
To say it was an eventful year would be an understatement.
A New Message for 2024: Excellent Therapy. Proven Outcomes.
Twenty years in and our primary focus as a company continues to be: “To be a catalyst of change in the marketplace by redefining “Excellence” in healthcare.”
As we continue to hone in on that mission in Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas, we are rolling out a new tagline for 2024: Excellent Therapy. Proven Outcomes.
This message demonstrates our commitment to excellence in what we do best: physical and occupational therapy, and in our commitment to our patients and partners: proven outcomes.
A Focus on Leadership Development in 2024
One way we are living our mission is to give our team countless opportunities to further their careers and develop their treatment skills as physical and occupational therapists.
This includes things like access to the Applied Functional Science course through the Gray Institute and our Certified Hand Therapy Fellowship Program. We also offer a pathway and support for our therapists to become credentialed in the McKenzie Method, and we offer a vestibular fellowship program.
In 2024 we are also focused on developing our leadership skills. We began this initiative last year by signing up our department heads, clinic leads and directors for a leadership development program through GiANT titled, “The Peace Index.”
This program focuses on finding fulfillment and peace and conquering chaos at work and home. Our team has been working through assessing five major aspects of daily life including:
- Purpose
- People
- Place
- Personal health
- Provision
The opportunity to take time to participate in self-reflection and discuss small changes we can each make to promote happiness and peace in all aspects of our lives has been eye opening and life giving.
We’d love to have the opportunity to serve you. Contact us at 844-755-4272 or info@arcpt.com to learn more.
