In 2003, Matt Condon, JD, MBA founded ARC Physical Therapy+ with the belief that the market would respond to a mission-driven physical and occupational therapy company that was hyper-focused on exceptional service and a technological backbone that would provide clients with meaningful outcome data – and he was right!
We first opened our doors in North Kansas City, Missouri where Matt served as the front desk person. We didn’t see many patients at first, but we marketed everywhere and anywhere that would let us and our efforts paid off. Today, we are one of the fastest growing physical and occupational therapy organizations in the country, with the same mission and values that we were founded on. We have so many things to celebrate that have happened over the last 20 years!
