What do you like most about your work at ARC Physical Therapy+?

I truly love helping people. Every day I get the opportunity to assist and guide my patients in therapeutic exercises to help them return to activities that they enjoy without worrying about pain or limitations/restrictions.

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about the body or physical therapy?

The human body truly is an amazing thing! We as humans have the ability to heal our body through movement without having to rely on medications or surgery (don’t get me wrong sometimes we need surgery or medication – but it’s nice to know that isn’t our only option).

What do you like to do in your free time?

Spend time with my husband and two boys (Kannon – 2, Krew – 4 months), attending sporting events (Go K-State Wildcats!), and taking our dog KiKi for walks.

How do you like to celebrate a win or a good day?

Treating myself to some sort of dessert – particularly chocolate!!

Sweet or salty?

Sweet

Beach or mountains?

Beach

What inspires you?

My Grandma. She is one of the most caring, kindhearted, and hardest working individuals I know. She has some underlying health issues and even on days where she isn’t feeling the best, she continues to always try to help other people.
