I have been in the medical customer service role since I was able to get a job. I have worked for a couple local hospitals before this. I have always been interested in what the Physical Therapy world looked like; it seemed like something I would be good at. I enjoy meeting new people and I certainly enjoy working with a smile — and that is something I can say I do since I have started working here.

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly; it is interesting seeing different patients and hearing their stories as to what brought them here.
