Who or what inspired you to get into physical therapy?
I had to go through physical therapy for 5 months after tearing my ACL playing basketball my sophomore year of high school. My PT and PTA inspired me to become a PTA after working with them and being able to return to playing sports confidently. I wanted to be able to help people the way they helped me.
What do you like most about your work at ARC Physical Therapy+?
I love being able to connect and build relationships with patients as well as see them get better each session.
What is one thing you wish everyone knew about the body or physical therapy?
Whether doing anything lifestyle or work related, being aware of your body mechanics is so important.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love spending time with family and friends anytime I am able to.
How do you like to celebrate a win or a good day?
Dairy Queen Blizzard – Cookie dough with chocolate ice cream is the best.

What inspires you?
My parents inspire me. They are both very hard workers but have always made the time and effort to be present at all of my brother and I’s sports games, graduations, or special occasions.
