Most insurance plans cover physical/occupational therapy. In order to be sure, we verify your benefits prior to your first appointment to ensure we know your plan coverage and can notify you of any costs associated with your visits.

Do I have to use my insurance?
No, you do not have to use your private insurance. We have cash pay options available.
How much does physical/occupational therapy cost?
That depends on what your benefits are through your private health insurance. Each plan is different, so out of pocket cost can vary from patient to patient. We would need to verify your benefits first to determine what you will have to pay out-of-pocket.
What is a deductible?

Yes, we are a contracted provider with Medicare.
Do you take Medicaid?
No, our Missouri and Kansas clinics do not contract with any Medicaid plans.
Do you have a cash pay option?
Yes, we do. For those who do not have insurance, or simply do not wish to use their insurance, we do have cash pay options available.
I am here because of my employer; do I have to pay?
If you have a workers’ compensation claim, and therapy has been approved by the insurance carrier, there is no cost to you, the patient. As long as services have been approved prior to treatment, the patient will not be required to pay any fees or copayments.
I was in a car accident; can you bill my auto insurance?
No, we do not contract with any third-party insurance. Meaning, we cannot bill auto insurance or attorney’s offices.
I have a personal injury case with a law firm; can you bill my injury insurance?
No, we do not contract with any third party insurance, so we cannot bill personal injury insurance or attorney’s offices.
