I wanted to empower people to live better and healthier lives. Physical Therapy allows me to do just that!

What do you like most about your work at ARC Physical Therapy+?

I love inspiring people to take control of their health and fitness and fall in love with the process along the way.

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about the body or physical therapy?

Tissues adapt to the stresses you place on them.
