Who or what inspired you to get into the physical therapy space?

Prior to working for ARCPT+ I worked in Human Resources for a company who used ARC PT+ for a variety of employer related services (POET, PT/OT, etc). I was able to see firsthand how the care and attention to detail not only benefited the employer but also the injured worker. ensuring that people were well taken care of during their injury and were able to return to work.

What do you like most about your work at ARC Physical Therapy+?

I welcome being the voice and employee advocate during company related discussions.  It is important for ARCPT+ to strive to be an excellent workplace for our employees because happy employees will strive to provide “excellence” in their care.

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about the body or physical therapy?

Physical therapy can be an asset for more than just orthopedic related conditions.  This can include women who have issues after childbirth etc or someone suffering from vertigo and a concussion.

How do you like to celebrate a win or a good day?

Turning my “to do” list over to a fresh new page as it means I’ve accomplished everything on the last list.

What is your favorite quote or saying?

Dr. Ian Malcolm: God creates dinosaurs. God destroys dinosaurs. God creates man. Man destroys God. Man creates dinosaurs…
Dr. Ellie Sattler: Dinosaurs eat man. Woman inherits the earth…
