Who or what inspired you to get into the physical therapy space?
I have worked in healthcare since high school as a CNA or administrative assistant, so when we moved to St. Joe, I was looking for something that would keep me in the healthcare field but still let me have time to spend with my kids.
What do you like most about your work at ARC Physical Therapy+?
My co-workers! We have a great time at the clinics I work at, and it makes it fun to be there, especially on the stressful days.
What is one thing you wish everyone knew about the body or physical therapy?
Home exercise programs are important, the work you put in outside of the clinic makes all the difference.
What do you like to do in your free time?
My husband coaches my daughter’s softball teams so I love to watch them play. I also enjoy hunting, fishing and anything outdoors.
How do you like to celebrate a win or a good day?
Going home and spending time with my kids and husband.

“Just keep swimming” has been used a lot lately.
