Who or what inspired you to get into the physical therapy space?

I was a swimmer and had my own sports injuries. I wanted to help people heal and gain better physical fitness.

I enjoy the large clinic space and the wide variety of patient population.

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about the body or physical therapy?

All tissue must be challenged to change or heal properly.

Are you involved with any outside organizations? If so, what?

Yes, I am a yoga teacher at InBliss Yoga and at ROCK. I am also a Norwex sales consultant.

Practice yoga, rock climbing, hiking, acroyoga, world traveling, camping, going to rock concerts, disc golf, wine tasting and playing with my cats.

How do you like to celebrate a win or a good day?

Going dancing with friends.
