City of Topeka Achieves 75% Decrease in Average Incurred Injury Claim Costs with Onsite Services

When the City of Topeka was searching for a partner to assist with better evaluation and selection of candidates suited for the demands of physical employment, they looked to ARC Physical Therapy+.

As a licensed WorkSTEPS provider of Post Offer Employment Tests, ARC Physical Therapy+ was the perfect match. The team at ARC Physical Therapy+ performed functional job analyses for various occupations within the City in order to create the post-offer tests. Together with the City, they continued to assist with the development and administration of the existing process.

“ARC Physical Therapy+ is committed to providing quality care, excellent customer service, injury prevention and the best outcomes for injured workers and their employer,” Shannon Langston, Risk Program Manager for the City of Topeka, said. “Since working with them, our average incurred workers’ compensation claim costs have decreased by nearly 75 percent!”
