With 2019 well underway, we’re starting the year off with some big changes, most notably a new leadership team. With our President and CEO Matt Condon departing and Practice Administrator and Partner Colleen Norris now enjoying her well-earned retirement, we have some big shoes to fill, but we are confident that our team is up to the challenge.
With new roles and responsibilities, each position was carefully considered as we ultimately seek to invest in support for clinical initiatives.
Meet the New Team

Jeff Weeks – Chief Development Officer, Partner
Transitioning from his previous role as Chief Operations Officer, Jeff is now focusing on growth, new facilities, new partnerships and new service lines and acquisitions. His responsibilities include seeking opportunities for ARC Physical Therapy+ to continue sharing our unique mission as a catalyst for marketplace change and creating pathways for our people to expand their roles and grow responsibilities.
Caroline Rogers – Practice Administrator
Caroline’s experience working in urgent care, workers’ compensation, occupational medicine and pediatric specialty clinics have prepared her to take on the role of ARC Physical Therapy+ Practice Administrator, where she will focus on working with every individual to enhance the quality of the overall care experience.
Scott Jones – Director of Clinical Support
Scott is in a newly created position focused on quality, ensuring patients receive the best care available, that our clinics are staffed with the best and brightest and our partners have confidence in our workers’ compensation program. His ARC Physical Therapy+ experience began in 2005 as a Physical Therapist, followed by time as the South Kansas City Clinic Director and most recently worked as the Kansas Regional Director.
In addition, Christy McClain and Rich Kidwell were recently promoted to Regional Directors to allow Scott and Ben to take on their new roles focusing on growth and expansion of ARC Physical Therapy+ in the region.
With these changes, we’re looking forward to enhancing our patient and partner experience, improving as a company and providing better services to our clients. Here’s to a bright future!
