Matt Condon to Step Down as President and CEO of ARC Physical Therapy+

Matt Condon, JD, MBA, President and CEO of ARC Physical Therapy+ will step down as President and CEO at the end of this year.

The current leadership team: Ben Peterson MSPT, DPT, COO/Partner; Jeff Weeks, OTR/L, CEAS, CDO/Partner; Colleen Norris, Practice Administrator/Partner; and Brian Stewart, DPT, CMO/Partner will continue to lead the organization and assume many of Condon’s roles.

Condon started ARC Physical Therapy+ with several investors and a primary business partner, Kevin O’Rourke, in 2003. At that time, there was just one clinic, two practitioners, and Condon, who sat at the front desk scheduling appointments.

In 2003, ARC Physical Therapy+ served just over 300 patient visits. Today, they span three states with 20 clinics and are expected to see over 100,000 patient visits.

“One of the things I’m most proud of about my time at ARC Physical Therapy+ is that we have truly lived up to our mission, to be a catalyst of change in the marketplace by redefining ‘Excellence’ in healthcare,” Matt Condon said. “ARC Physical Therapy+ emerged in 2003 as one of the first truly technology-backed medical services companies of its kind in the country, and our remarkable growth has been fueled by the fact that we consistently proved our ability to heal patients efficiently and effectively in each and every marketplace we entered.”

Over the past four years Condon has served as a leader at ARC Physical Therapy+ while concurrently founding and serving as CEO of Bardavon Health Innovations, a cloud-based data/analytics platform company that partners with thousands of providers and some of the largest employers across the country to bring transparency and innovation to their workers’ compensation spend.

“Both ARC Physical Therapy+ and Bardavon have experienced exponential growth and both companies now need leadership teams that are singularly and manically focused on their future,” Matt explained. “I am leaving ARC Physical Therapy+ at a time when their foundation, their culture, and their leadership team is incredibly strong. They are ready to move forward with new leadership and I am so proud of that. I am, and will always be, the biggest ARC Physical Therapy+ fan in the country!”

“Today we start to write the next chapter in the ARC Physical Therapy+ story,” Brian Stewart, DPT, CMO/Partner shared. “We’ve had 15 unbelievable years of doing our best each day to be the type of people and organization that our team members and partners are proud to be associated with. That’s a part of our fiber and won’t change. Matt is a great leader, a great businessperson and has been an unbelievable mentor and friend to all of us. We owe it to him and the legacy he’s created here to continue to push the envelope and be a disruptor in a healthcare system that continues to demand change. I speak for Ben, Jeff, Colleen and our entire team in saying that we embrace this challenge and look forward to growing our family and our footprint.”
