New Clinic Focuses on Vestibular, Neurological/Balance Rehabilitation, Concussion Management

ARC Physical Therapy+ is pleased to announce the opening of a new clinic in Lenexa, Kansas. This clinic is a new concept for ARC Physical Therapy+ and will focus on Vestibular Rehabilitation, Neurological/Balance Rehabilitation and Concussion Management, as well as offering traditional physical therapy.

Lisa Rohrbaugh, DPT and Kim Traub, DPT will run the clinic. Together they founded the vestibular and concussion programs at Shawnee Mission Medical Center and bring decades of experience in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management and neurological rehabilitation.

Brian Stewart, ARC Physical Therapy+ Partner/CMO explained:

“This clinic will have a unique focus on a growing area of need in our community: concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation. Lisa and Kim are some of Kansas City’s top experts in the physical therapy management of these debilitating conditions. We feel extremely lucky to be able to welcome them to the ARC Physical Therapy+ family and are excited to offer this service to our patients and referral sources.”

Lisa Rohrbaugh went on to share:

“We are excited to add this specialty treatment area to ARC Physical Therapy+’s service offerings. This program will allow us to comprehensively rehabilitate people with dizziness and concussion, and enable them to return to work or sport as soon as possible. In addition, we will offer specialized treatment for those who have difficulty walking or have trouble with their balance.”

Kim Traub added:

“We are thankful to ARC Physical Therapy+ for the opportunity to continue offering treatment for patients in Northeast Johnson County and the surrounding area.”

This makes the 12th clinic in the Kansas City metro and the 19th clinic across Iowa, Missouri and Kansas.

The new clinic is located at 8550 Marshall Drive in Lenexa, Kansas and will be open Monday from 7:30 am – 4 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am – 6 pm. The clinic is currently accepting new patients and making appointments. They can be reached at 913-276-3333.
