ARCPT+ named Best Places to Work 2013 and 2012

ARC Physical Therapy+ Named Best Places to Work Second Year in a Row!

From the Desk of Matt Condon

Today is another special day for ARCPT+. Because of our talented, caring associates, the Kansas City Business Journal has named us one of the Best Places to Work – for the second year in a row!!! There are a lot of things that are important to me, but honestly, this is the one honor that thrills me.

I’m thrilled because this award is not given by a panel of judges, it’s given by our associates, through their votes and comments about our company.

From my perspective, it’s a testament to everything they do each day to make a difference in the lives of our patients and our clients. It’s a tribute to not just what we do, but how we do it. It’s a reminder of all we do to fulfill our mission of being a catalyst of change in the marketplace by redefining “Excellence” in healthcare. It’s about enjoying our work and each other – and that translates to the very best client experience possible. It’s what makes working here so very special and, personally, it’s one of the things that make me love my job.

First, thanks to our team, the best team in the industry. Second, thanks to our clients and referral sources for believing in ARCPT+, your support means so much to us. Last, thanks to the entire region for supporting ARCPT+‘s mission to “redefine ‘Excellence’ in health care”, a mission like ours requires collaboration and we are so fortunate to have so many helping us change an industry.

Congratulations to the other winners – excellent companies, many of whom are ARC clients and partners. We’ll keep you posted on how we end up at the final awards ceremony. Today, we celebrate!

Best Personal Regards,

Matt Condon
