As the “go-to” workers' comp group in the region, ARC often takes on the toughest cases including patients who have not progressed through other therapy companies. We understand the need to see patients quickly -- often the very next day. We also recognize the unique challenges in motivating workers' comp patients. In fact, each patient is seen one-on-one and by the therapist each visit. As a result, we are much more attuned to progress being made, and can provide far more valuable feedback to all parties.

We’re your eyes and ears with patients throughout their rehabilitation and return to work. It’s more than treating the symptoms, ARC’s onsite team of ergonomic, occupational and physical therapy specialists look for the cause of injuries and identify potential risks for your workforce --from high to low physical demand positions. Our team of specialists will work with you to correct imbalances and teach the proper biomechanics of lifting, preventive stretching, strengthening and moving safely.

Our clinicians have strong relationships not only with patients, but also with case managers, insurance adjustors, physicians, office staff and employers. We understand how important proactive, relevant and timely communications can be to successful outcomes. That’s why we not only listen closely, but document findings, observations, conversation, changes in condition and especially symptom magnification issues. We can do that because our therapists treat the same patients each visit to assure continuity of care. While we pride ourselves on thorough documentation and never bypass a group in the communications’ channel, we also know when to pick up the phone and talk one-on-one with an employer, case manager or physician.
