In addition, Tiffany is the Certified Clinical Instructor for student internships, a Certified Post Offer Employment Specialist and helps with staff education and training.

Isaac Cowart, DPT, Springfield, MO Clinic Director
 Isaac is the Springfield Clinic Director and has a doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has served as a Director of a large physical therapy and occupational medicine clinic in Springfield and has expertise in rehabilitating work-related injuries as well as post-surgical rehabilitation. He is trained in XRTS Sincerity of Effort Testing. He has worked a great deal with aging workforce patients as well. Born and raised in Springfield, Isaac Is working towards certification in spinal manual therapy through the Neuro Orthopaedic Institute.

Beth has over 11 years experience in workers’ compensation, pediatric, orthopedic, neurological, post-operative and hospital environments.

Scott joins ARC as the Wichita Clinic Director with over seven years experience evaluating and treating patients. He has provided outpatient physical therapy services with an emphasis on orthopedic conditions.

Trent Foster – PT
As a Physical Therapist, Trent is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. Trent has 10 years experience in therapy and rehabilitation, is a Certified Post Offer Employment Testing Specialist and is McKenzie Part A, B, C and D trained. He also worked with the Women’s Volleyball team while at Kansas State University.

Dave Hagar - PTA
Dave joins ARC as a Physical Therapy Assistant and provides a variety of patient treatment services including work conditioning. Previously, Dave worked 14 years as an engineering technician in the research and development department for an international manufacturing company specializing in industrial hose, automotive belts and tensioners.

Scott is the Grandview Clinic Director and has 11 years of experience as a physical therapist. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and certified in McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine and a Certified Post Offer Employment Testing Specialist. In addition to his physical therapy work, Scott develops programs specifically to help athletes gain power, speed and endurance so they can reach their peak potential.

Ross Kelling, PT
 Ross has a great deal of experience providing outpatient physical therapy, evaluation and a variety of treatment protocols to rehabilitation patients. He was previously a PT Tech for an inpatient hospital group. He has an athletic background and played baseball for the University of Kansas where he was a Big 12 Academic All-American.

Mark is the Topeka Clinic Director and provides Physical Therapy and athletic training at the Topeka clinic. He previously was an athletic trainer at Colorado University for Football and Men’s Tennis. Mark is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine, Functional Capacity Assessment, Post Offer Employment Testing and is trained in XRTS Sincerity of Effort Testing. In addition to his work with Colorado University, Mark has been an athletic trainer for the Topeka Roadrunners, University of Kansas Football and Men’s Basketball teams, and a basketball coach at Topeka West High School and Bill Self Basketball Camps.

Marie Luthi - PTA
Marie is an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant with a background in a variety of settings. Her experience includes outpatient rehab, and she has worked as a traveling PTA in Kentucky and California in skilled nursing facilities as well as with special needs children ages 3 - 21. Marie will assist the physical therapy team and oversee ARC's work conditioning programs in Wichita.

Frank Messina, MSPT, CertMDT, St. Joseph Clinic Director
Frank is a Physical Therapist with experience in various orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation and specialized skill in spinal rehabilitation, both post injury and post surgery, as well as shoulder and knee rehabilitation. He has a background not only in orthopedics, but in neurological rehabilitation and sports performance. He has trained at Andrews Institute (orthopedics) and Rusk Rehabilitation (TBI rehab). Additionally, he is certified in McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine and is a Certified Post Offer Employment Specialist.

Scott joined the ARC Physical Therapy team after relocating from Chicago where he worked for an elite physical therapy/sports medicine company. He specializes in sports medicine, outpatient orthopedics and rehabilitation. He is a Certified Post Offer Employment Testing Specialist and is McKenzie Part A, B, C and D trained. He has experience as an athletic trainer for various high school and college teams including the University of Iowa football team and the Cedar Rapids Rough Riders junior hockey team.

Ben, the Clinic Director, specializes in work and sports-related injuries and regularly provides sports performance training to high school and college athletes. He has held several sports injury and prevention clinics. As a former professional football player for the Cincinnati Bengals, and before that an All-American player and Academic All-American for the Pittsburg State Gorillas, Ben has first-hand perspective of what it takes to train athletes for success.

Leslie Borden, MS, ATC, Employer Resource Manager
Leslie is an integral part of ARC’s marketing team and currently serves as the Employer Resource Manager. Leslie is the go to resource for injury management tools offered by ARC, providing services information to employers promoting a healthier workforce, including Post Offer Employment Testing, clinical information and wellness services. She also assists with many of ARC’s marketing endeavors, and is responsible for the majority of internal and external marketing communications.

Becky Brooks
 Becky joins ARC in the accounts receivable department, helping to process payments from clients and vendors. She is a Nationally Registered Medical Assistant with over 15 years experience in billing and medical administration. She also has experience as a Medical Assistant and Lab Technician.
Becky loves spending time with her teenager. She’s an avid gardener who loves to be outdoors. Becky is quite a cook and enjoys experimenting with new recipes which we hope she will bring with her to work!

 Mary is an Executive Assistant at ARC’s corporate office, where she assists the executive team and other employees. Before coming to ARC, Mary was a Meeting Planner for the American Bar Association, Box Office Manager for the New Theatre Restaurant, and a Manager at several retail stores.

Matthew Condon, J.D./MBA—President and CEO
 Matt is one of the founders of ARC and serves as CEO. He tirelessly works to redefine “Excellence” in the healthcare field. Matt has been recognized as a thought leader in the industry and was named to the Greater Kansas City Chamber’s Health Council whose goal is to enhance understanding, dialog and share best practices about emerging issues and the local, regional and national level. Additionally, Matt was named Vice Chair, Small Business to the Chamber’s Board of Directors and also named “40 Under 40” by a regional business publication.
Matt is frequently a guest speaker at national events such as: WorkSTEPS National Symposium, guest lecturer at University of Kansas Physical Therapy Program and has in the past been spotlighted in an ARC Sports Performance training feature on ESPN and MetroSports.
Before starting ARC, Matt worked at the International Performance Institute in Bradenton, Florida, training and developing professional athletes under renowned specialist Mark Verstegen. Matt played football at Iowa State while earning his degree in Exercise Physiology and served as an assistant strength and conditioning coach there. He went on to earn his law degree and clerk in the legal division of the KU Athletic Department. Matt is a licensed attorney in Missouri and Kansas.

Christi Dickey
 Christi has over 20 years experience in the workers’ compensation field and is an integral member of ARC’s marketing team. She serves as ARC’s liaison to the case managers, adjusters and physician groups and helps streamline communication. Additionally, she develops educational programs and a variety of communications materials. She and others on the marketing team are very active in industry organizations including membership in CMSA. Additionally Christi serves on the board of the KS-DOL.

Tonya Knoettgen
Tonya is the Administrative Assistant Coordinator and HR Coordinator. Previously, she provided physical therapy on an outpatient basis. She also provided aquatic physical therapy.

Amy Locke
Amy is a billing representative for ARC and enters clinic charges, reviews patient paperwork and follows up on unpaid claims. She also fills in as administrative assistant in clinics as needed.
In her spare time, Amy is a busy mother of two children. Her family has a BBQ team that competes at local contests, plus they cater occasional events. She’s even attended JCCC’s Food & Beverage Management Program.

Dorothy Riviere, PT, CSCS, OCS, FAFS, CertMDT
Dorothy has 12 years experience as a Physical Therapist and is ARC’s Director of Organizational Development, a formalized continuing education program developed specifically for ARC clinicians. She is in charge of hiring, orientation and development of all new PT’s, PTA’s, OT’s, and OTA’s for ARC. She also handles analysis of outcome data, research, and surveys. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and recently became a Fellow of Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute, a specialized certification involved advanced biomechanics functional movement analysis and treatment.
She is a spine care specialist and certified in the McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine as well as WorkSteps POET trained. Dorothy has worked with various levels of athletes, ranging from junior high to professionals, including the Kansas City Wizards and the Phoenix Suns.

Brian Stewart, DPT
Brian is ARC’s Chief Marketing and Acquisitions Officer. Brian works closely with the marketing team as well as helps plan and forecast for new products, new clinic locations and new services. He spends most of his time being a “resource” for referral sources including doctors, case managers, adjusters and employers. Brian is also an onsite Physical Therapist, a Certified Functional Assessment Specialist, a Post Offer Employment Specialist and is McKenzie Part A trained. Brian received the Early Career Achievement Award by the University of Kansas School of Allied Health.

Jeff Weeks, OTR/L, CEAS
 In his role as Chief Operations Officer for ARC, Jeff manages not only the daily operations of the nine clinics, two sports performance academies and 70+ employees, but also is project and logistics manager for major projects and new product offerings including ARC’s Employer Wellness Program, RedefineWellness.com.
With 18 years experience as an Occupational Therapist, he manages ARC Onsite Services and is one of the most highly regarded OTs in the region with expertise in onsite therapy consulting, job analysis and assessment, post offer employment testing, functional capacity assessments, XRTS Sincerity of Effort Testing and return to work programs. Jeff is a member of the Kansas Work Comp Fee Schedule Advisory Board, a guest lecturer and has contributed several Work Comp articles to publications. Jeff was founder of Weeks Occupational Wellness and joined ARC in March, 2006.
